My client, a growing organisation based near Gatwick, are looking to recruit an HR Manager on a permanent basis. The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: Providing day to day operational support to the business (with a particular focus on employee relations) Reviewing current HR policies and processes (particularly regarding family leave, flexible working, recruitment and compensation and benefits) Having hands on involvement with recruitment for the business Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation Hands on experience managing change projects (with a particular focus on restructures and redeployment) The ideal candidate will have experience operating in a unionised environment and have experience assisting with union negotiations. You must have experience working in a fast paced, commercially focused business and be CIPD qualified although the client is happy to look at individuals who are qualified by experience.
