PepsiCo is looking for a Finance Support Analyst to join the team based in Beaumont Park, Leicester on a 6-9 month fixed term contract basis. PepsiCo UK & Ireland is $67billion global business. It is extremely complex, and we have some tight financial controls in place to ensure the accuracy and transparency of our results. Our financial teams take the lead in consolidating and reporting our performance at a market, sector and ultimately global level. As a Finance Analyst you'll work to support the Finance Manager in reporting and analysis for our global R&D function. This is a great opportunity or a recent grad with industrial placement experience, or for someone looking to take their first step in a career at PepsiCo. What you'll get up to: Support financial planning and forecasting. Support consolidation and reporting of global R&D costs. System administration (Oracle and Global Brain). Supporting monthly variance analysis for European HQ teams e.g. C&B and projects costs. Supporting the weekly, periodic and quarterly forecasting cycles by distributing templates, consolidating data etc. Manage Smart Spend reporting for Europe and Sub-Sahara Africa (ESSA). Maintain and update CAPEX Projects on the 'Global Brain' system. Managing change requests in the hierarchy of approvals for R&D associates through Helpdesk support. Quarterly reviews of the associates' set ups. Creating and maintaining project codes for R&D team with IBM support. What we're looking for: Educated to graduate level in a relevant discipline (Finance, Business, Maths) Part qualified in CIMA or equivalent would be an advantage, but is not essential Good data analysis skills, including the ability to determine consistency of the data High level of attention to detail and precision Strong general systems skills including Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of Oracle system preferred but not essential Strong personal organisation (time management, productivity, prioritisation) Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management This role comes with a competitive and range of flexible benefits.
