GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee accurate and timely of email campaign deployments across 5 key business areas. This includes: Advising on data available for segmentation Utilising Hybris Marketing for maximum campaign effectiveness Dealing with system/technical issues competently Ad hoc trouble shooting as needed Provision of regular reporting to the various teams across the business Extract insight from reporting data to advise on improving email campaign performance on a company level, brand level, product/team level as required Create quarterly review presentations on email campaign performance, as above Provide training for team members/marketers on internal systems as needed Support on high-level email marketing campaigns in terms of customer segmentation and data access i.e. Multi-product dynamic email campaigns Ensure all data complies with legal regulations/data protection laws Your Attributes Passionate about your work with a 'can-do' attitude. Ability to multi-task. A real understanding of the importance of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills Managing and arranging personal appointments Work closely with CRM team members on improving the effectiveness of the various database tools and services on an ongoing basis (Hybris Marketing) Input on potential data-capture marketing activities to grow database and fill gaps Work with various marketing teams in redesigning and recording their existing email templates (as needed) Your Skills Proven email marketing skills and knowledge; minimum 5 year's experience in an email marketing role necessary Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Flexibility and adaptability; willingness to travel internationally essential Excellent project and time management skills Management experience, or a desire to gain management experience in the future NB: If this company and position appeals to you then please apply your CV on-line.
