An exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Engineer with automotive and APQP experience Nicholas Associates Engineering & Manufacturing is exclusively recruiting for a Quality Engineer with strong APQP experience. My client is a leading manufacturing business based in the M5 corridor Gloucestershire / Worcestershire. Key responsibilities of the role Provide APQP support and expertise to programme managers. Manage agreed APQP budgets for individual projects Work as a member of cross functional teams to progress the APQP responsibilities defined by engineering manager. Implement the APQP liaise with customers and suppliers on a day to day basis to progress APQP issues on a timely basis. Visit customers to review APQP progress and establish strong relationships with key customer engineering. You should have A proven track record of achieving department KPI's. Educated to HND in mechanical engineering or similar. Strong knowledge of company objectives, department goals & KPI's. Strong knowledge of lean initiatives & participation in work groups.
