A market leading Infrastructure Services organisation are searching for an Oracle SOA Support Specialist to join their new IT function in Hatfield. We are looking for candidates with strong Oracle SOA and Oracle E-Business R12 Application experience to come on board to support, maintain and develop their critical database environments. This is a fantastic opportunity, offering excellent training and growth opportunities. As an experienced Oracle Support Specialist, your role will be split into 60% support and 40% development. You will have the following responsibilities: Manage and resolve issues logged by internal customers on Oracle products and contribute to proactive support activities according to product support strategy and service model Maintain product expertise in SOA and related technologies Perform application DBA support for Oracle E-Business Suite R12 2nd and 3rd line support in a busy IT services team, managing incidents/service requests Systems maintenance tasks and automating routine tasks Install/configure/manage/monitor Oracle Fusion Middleware products and Weblogic Troubleshooting Weblogic, OSB, SOA, Oracle E-Business suite R12 and BAM Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server and AWS Redshift database administration Developing processes and procedures to maintain/improve service model Supporting 247 production environment with SLA's Key Skills Required: Experience with Oracle SOA Suite12c eg. - Weblogic, SOA, OSB and BAM including SOA Best Practice knowledge in a complex production environment Managed application DBA support for Oracle E-Business suite in a large production environment Experience in Oracle 12c Weblogic/SOA/OSB Installation and Configuration in Multi node Clustered Environments for Failover and Load Balancing Database administration experience in managing Oracle, AWS Redshift and Microsoft SQL Server databases Experience in Unix/Linux/Solaris Operating Systems If you are interested in the above opportunity, please apply now The JM Group is operating and advertising as an Employment Agency for permanent positions and as an Employment Business for interim / contract / temporary positions.
