2nd Line Support Analyst - Office 2010, iOS, Windows, Retail Systems - Fareham, commutable from Southampton, Eastleigh, Portsmouth, Bournemouth, Andover. Our client is currently looking for a 2nd Line Support Analyst for an initial 3 month contract - this role is a shift based role and will require weekend working. Role: Answer and respond to support incidents via phone and email Diagnose & troubleshoot both hardware and software based issues Respond and escalate support tickets through the relevant teams. Installation and configuration of hardware and software Proactive monitoring of retail systems and servers. Daily systems checks and administrative operational processes. Required Skills: Previous experience in a Retail IT support role at both a 1st & 2nd line level. Experience of 3rd line support would be beneficial Good knowledge and understanding of Retail Systems Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Office 2010 packages Experience of managing iOS devices in an enterprise. Ability to schedule own workload prioritising to meet the business needs Capable of working on own initiative, with a proactive and organised approach Demonstrate a support focused attitude Excellent interpersonal and team skills Essential that you hold a full driving licence.
