The Gloucestershire site was opened a few years back and offers a fabulous destination to purchase the very best products that are sourced from the surrounding areas and beyond, all of which are served from their kitchens, café's, restaurants and farm shops. There are currently over 1000 people employed across the UK, all of whom have a passion for delivering an unrivalled customer experience. This service driven brand requires a strong people manager who has experience in managing a busy, high volume food business; you will lead and inspire 5 managers and a team of 200. You will have skills in managing people effectively, budgeting management and stock control. Along with this you will possess a strong financial understanding, have a good eye for detail and be focused on engaging your team and delivering great service to each and every customer. The Operations Manager, a key member of the senior management team, will be working out of an environment that offers homemade soups, hot meals, a healthy deli counter and salad bar; home baked cakes plus fair trade tea and coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice - a majority of which is made in their very own kitchen and bakery. The successful candidate will have experience of leading varied catering/hospitality/retail departments and the ability to lead, motivate and develop their teams to deliver to their full potential in a high volume environment.
