We have a number of great opportunities for Support Workers to join a leading national housing association who provides vital care to those with Mental Health disabilities. There are multiple sites available to work at across the Colchester area and you will play an important role in the great service they offer through helping each resident to live comfortably. A typical day will involve offering each resident the highest standard of care by maximising their independence, choice, dignity and well-being. We're looking for those who can draw upon past experience to deliver care plans and carry out risk assessments which suit the individual needs. If you have at least 6 months experience as a support worker or care assistant working with Mental Health clients, an enhanced DBS check, a person centred approach and eager to work then this role is perfect for you In return to your commitment and dedication you will receive £8.10 per hour, full training and support, flexible shift patterns for a minimum of 3 months, pension scheme, paid annual leave including bank holidays and great career progression opportunities.
