Duck Creek - Senior Solution Architect Must Have Duck Creek experience. Senior Solutions Analyst to join a dynamic change team within a business area going through transformation change. Initially the role will focus on the delivery of a new insurance solution based around the DuckCreek platform for supporting the full policy lifecycle, including product configuration, pricing and billing. The SA will work autonomously to provide informed analysis to a range of stakeholder groups and cross functional business teams. They must be able to hit the ground running, bringing extensive SA experience from the insurance industry, working in a matrix organisation structure and in the delivery of package based IT solutions supporting a multi-channel, multi-product distribution model. The SA is expected to support internal and external stakeholders from both business and IT and therefore it is critical that this person is highly emotionally intelligent, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. It is expected that the SA will be able to display in equal measure strong commercial acumen, pragmatic decision making, sound technical skill and attention to detail. Key accountabilities of this role are Responsible for leading the requirements elicitation, analysis and management with a holistic approach; Investigating root causes behind business needs, generating and evaluating options for business improvement; Mapping customer journeys and business processes; Working closely with technical architects, business architects, business functional owners to translate business needs into technical configuration of the DuckCreek platform and operational process design/changes; Adapting requirements and solutions ensuring business agility in a changing business landscape Proactively undertaking, leading and facilitating activities to secure project objectives and timely delivery; Key interfaces - Product, Marketing, Distribution, Digital, Supplier/Partners, Product Teams, IT and Project Management; Helping the company introduce business analysis processes into a DuckCreek agile development process; We're looking for someone with the following skills, knowledge and experience Experience Required Several years' experience as a Senior SA working on strategic and transformational business change and technology projects; Several years' experience within the general insurance sector and with a good of the regulatory landscape insurance companies and intermediaries operate in the UK Experience in the delivery of package based multi-functional IT solutions and in particular DuckCreek Policy & Billing and Saleforce; This should include an good understanding of Author, Manuscripts & Shredding Proven ability in typical SA skill set - requirements engineering, GAP analysis, business process mapping and analysis, modelling techniques, facilitation techniques, etc. Solid experience in customer journey mapping and customer experience management; Full Software Development Lifecycle experience from an Agile environment; Critical thinking and problem solving skills; A flexible and pragmatic approach to methodologies and processes; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; Strong emotional intelligence; Adaptability with can-do approach to changing circumstances; Excellent attention to detail Morgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
