Clifford Chance are looking to recruit a Senior Business Analyst to join our Global Programme Group (GPG). The Senior Business Analyst role sits within the GPG function charged with setting the scene for change to enable the fast and accurate delivery of business benefits through the GPG change programme. The role is primarily focused on the elicitation, analysis, communication and validation of the requirements for changes to business information systems, policies and associated processes. You will be in charge of delivering holistic business solutions utilizing the full project lifecycle with a primary focus on business value and benefit realisation. You will be expected to undertake business analysis and projects across the breadth of Clifford Chance business areas, lead and deliver complex projects to analyse and implement integrated system and operational process changes, assist senior business stakeholders make informed decisions about which initiatives to progress and recommend solutions that enable the business to achieve its goals, among other duties. We would like to hear from you if you have: • Demonstrable ability to help senior business stakeholders make informed decision about which initiatives to progress and how to tackle the initiatives; • Demonstrable experience of understanding business processes and how the processes and IT systems are used to identify needs/problems and solutions; • Demonstrable ability to work across multiple business units and handle initiatives in new business units with confidence; • Excellent communication skills in order to engage, lead and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business; • Ability to lead, develop and work within multi-disciplinary teams across multiple global locations; • Cultural sensitivity and awareness in dealing with global customers and suppliers; • Demonstrable experience of leading and delivering complex projects (and associated project resources) to analyse and implement integrated system and operational process changes to multiple stakeholders across several departments/regions This job was originally posted as
