Service Delivery Analyst – Halifax – Permanent – Up to £45,000 Due to a period of sustained growth, a market leading organisation in Halifax have instructed VIQU to recruit a Service Delivery Analyst to join a highly engaged team. You will oversee Service Delivery to their customers and take ownership of escalated issues and queries while continuously evolving the processes to deliver an exceptional service. Key Accountabilities: Become a “subject matter expert” in terms of integrating to and from Flag ship applications. Understand and knowledgeable in the product and services the organisation offers from a user perspective. Support the Platform Manager in the operation of release & configuration management processes, co-ordination and communication (internally and externally). Consolidate and sign-off release notes. Where required produce Management Information relating to release, change, availability & performance and issues. Owns integration documentation – both internal and external. Communicate, liaises with and support customers, partners and suppliers. Provides initial point of contact for support requests and enquires. Tracks and progresses customer issues and requests escalating where appropriate to the Management Team. Liaising with partners, testers, project/development teams as required to ensure progress is tracking. Assists in the definition of SLA’s. Monitors adherence to SLA’s and produces appropriate management and customer reporting. Essential Skills & Experience: Excellent communication skills. Experience of working in an environment with waterfall and agile project management methodologies. Previous client-facing experience. Excellent Organisational skills. Demonstrable stakeholder management skills. Relationship management - customer interface at pre-project phase, during project and post completion. Must be willing and able to undertake international travel as required. Solid understanding and experience with version control systems, change management systems, and documentation management systems.
