We are now on the lookout for a driven individual to join us at our offices as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. The individual will be responsible for building and developing a successful IT market within the Permanent/Contract Division. What we need: Someone who can commit to a 12-24-month development programme & internal/external training provided A recruitment consultant who can generate business through telephone based sales activity, networking and social media Adherence to a personalised career development plan to enhance your career progression as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, with targets to hit and goals to achieve in order to progress An individual who can forge long term relationships with candidates and clients A great manager of client and candidate relationships and the confidence to know that requirements are fulfilled. A recruitment consultant who can maintain an ongoing awareness and knowledge of the sector and the client's needs/ market. Someone who is capable of sourcing suitable candidates for roles - the recruitment consultant must utilise major Job boards, LinkedIn, Bullhorn Database, exploring candidate referrals, headhunting and utilising insight in the market The creation of comprehensive job specifications and write/place related adverts. A recruitment consultant who can manage the advertising of job roles and successfully sort and match prospects A thorough management of the Interview process from start to end on the candidate & client side Confidence that all activity is registered on the Internal Bullhorn database each day by the recruitment consultant General Administration duties - preparing CV's to send out, professional & targeted marketing, recording accurate deal placement information etc. A responsible individual to book and attend Client meetings What you need: Target/Sales motivated Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ambitious, self-motivated and driven Excellent rapport-building skills Strong work ethic Capable of working both independently and as a part of a team The ability to work within a fast-paced environment Able to prioritise workload effectively Resilient, Ambitious, Diligent, Tenacious & Positive What you receive: 18k basic salary Excellent commission structure Bupa healthcare Holiday incentives Local gym membership An extra holiday on your birthday Holidays per annum for any charity work you undertake An iPhone Extra skills… if you please: Previous experience in a sales driven role Prior telephone-based experience Degree educated (not necessary) Have you got what it takes?
