The Firm: Our client is a highly dynamic and fast growing marketing services agency (multi-discipline), based in Manchester and with clients across the UK. The Role: To head up the agency's B2C account-servicing and client development activity, bringing purposeful hands-on leadership to Key account management , team leadership , project management , event participation, new business initiatives and the agency's overall commercial strategy . The Ideal Candidate for this exceptional career opportunity will have previous agency experience at Account Director level - ideally within a Digital or PR agency - and will be accomplished in dealing with consumer brands. Requirements: Previous experience managing and leading consumer accounts A track record in directing a team and identifying/nurturing junior and upcoming talent Leading edge experience with social media and digital PR/communications A demonstrable track-record of success in presenting/pitching to new clients Available to travel locally and nationally to client meetings and events etc. This unique opportunity may possibly suit the owner/proprietor of a small agency who is interested in 'partnering up' so as to enable faster expansion and leverage to attract higher-profile accounts.
