Head of Digital Location: London Status: British Resident or UK Work Permit Holder Salary: Up to £160k Bonus & Benefits Organization Type: Global Financial Services Organization Regional & International travel will be required of the role holder. Job description My client is a Global Financial Services organization who requires a Head of Digital to drive and coordinate the delivery of the digital center of excellence. DCoE) This includes Design, Requirements iteration, Testing and Release Management and develop best in class operational capabilities for; optimization (AB/MVT Testing), content management, digital insight and hypotheses creation through data and analytics. The role holder will be responsible for Digital Product Management, Requirements Management, Release Management, Testing, Dynamic Platform, Commercialisation and Strategic and Organisational Alignment. This is a senior leadership role covering Marketing, Distribution, CVM and business performance, Software Delivery, Product Management, Business Performance & the Digital Platform Core Skills & Knowledge -Experience of leading Digital transformational change and Digital technologies, including Design, Build, Test and Release Management -Experience of Content Management, Optimisation, Digital Messaging, Digital Analytics, Sales Funnel Management, Insight and Hypotheses creation and activation -Outstanding subject matter expertise of channel, including technical, commercial, market place and customer considerations. -Strong personal links in the digital and finance industry -Experience in both the developed and emerging markets -Ability to lead and influence teams -Managing operational functions, directing process reengineering and efficiency exercises. -Keen understanding of products, services and underlying processes to fulfill. -Strong commercial orientation, track record of balancing risks versus rewards and maximizing the cost effectiveness and profitability for the business. -Deep and wide subject matter expertise of digital channels in banking -Exceptional ability to lead diverse teams across different functions. -Strong people leadership and teamwork skills Key responsibilities -Owning and managing all regional development and optimization of the digital platform -Building, a distinctive digital team, becoming a key exporter of talent into the business. -Adopting user-centric design to ensure the digital channel is customer focused. -Optimize the end-to-end change process to eliminate duplication and leverage expertise working other technology teams -Using customer insight to continually enhance the customer experience, increasing loyalty, advocacy and retention. -Drive collaboration within the Digital CoE, and with leaders and teams from Digital Solutions, multiple Regions including other DCoE's, Marketing, CMB, Compliance, Legal, Risk, HR, and Training to ensure the content is fit for purpose. -Develop and implement an optimal Organisation\framework which is not based on the "standard way."
