Regional HR Business Partner required for temporary contract for approximately 12 to 16 months. Our client is a successful organisation with multiple sites across the UK. They are looking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team. Salary is up to circa £30,000 plus car (company or pool car). This role will be covering the following areas:- Hull, Lincoln, Leeds, Sheffield, Doncaster etc. As the HR Business Partner you will be field based within the Yorkshire and Lincolnshire area and will also be spending time at the Head Office in East Yorkshire. Responsibilities and duties:- Advising Site Managers on HR related issues including grievance, disciplinary and capability investigations and hearings Assisting Area Managers with planning and budgeting Working with line managers on performance management, employee relations, resourcing, staff management / development and succession planning First point of contact for all HR related issues Supporting recruitment campaigns when required, including interviewing candidates Successful HR Business Partner applicants will ideally have the following:- Experience within a similar role Generalist HR experience Ideally CIPD Qualified (although not essential) Ideally field based experience (although not essential) This role has been advertised by Arlington Moore Human Resources which is a division of Arlington Moore.
