Solid Recruitment are excited to be working with a highly regarded and growing organisation in Chichester recruit a new Business Development Executive for a new division within the company. This position is to work with a leading brand proposition in a niche market place.

Package for the Business Development Executive:

- The role is to work Monday to Friday
- Salary £20,000 - £30,000 basic depending on experience (which will be reviewed in conjunction with training and success in the post)
- Bonus - Estimated OTC first year £5-£10k uncapped
- 25 days' holiday Plus bank holidays
- Pension,

Purpose of the role of Business Development Executive:

- Identify, open doors and win opportunities to quote for business
- Plan, organise your new business sales pipeline
- Maximise the customers' satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client files
- Attendance to conferences and seminars
- Confident to build new business relationships over the phone
- Actively build client relationships
- Be proactive in your approach to professional development

To be successful in application for the Business Development Executive position you must possess:

- Previous new business sales experience - insurance would be advantageous but not essential
- Dynamic and looking to move to a fast paced sales environment
- High level of confidence in building relationships with people, over the phone and face-to-face
- Experience of working to and exceeding targets
- Tenacity and desire to win and be successful
- Professional and well presented
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent time management, work load prioritisation and organisational skills
- Proactive and ability to work to deadlines and process timeframes.
- A minimum of "C" grade in GCSE Maths
