Food & distribution organisation seek a Data Analytics Manager to join the organisation within a brand new capacity, maturing their analytics and guiding them on a data journey to improve the business technically. Client Details My client operate in the food & distribution arena. They support 5000 outlets across the European continent and continue to see growth in the business. Description This brand new position has been created for the purpose of managing analytics teams and maturing the business' data strategy. The post-holder will initially look at the strategic vision of the business, identify high priority work streams and build an analytics team whilst continually identifying analytical tools for the business to leverage. The position will engage with the business to understand its current status and future needs, providing gap analysis and developing business cases to gain buy-in for software or hardware requirements aligned to the overarching business strategy. Profile Essential experience & skills: Collation of analytics strategy aligned to business vision Ability to identify software & hardware requirements Stakeholder management Gap analysis Effective decision making Drive behavioural change across internal and external stakeholders Knowledge of a range of Business Intelligence & Analytics tools Desirable experience & skills: Team management Food, beverage or distribution/supply-chain experience Job Offer My client offers a remuneration package of up to £60,000 10% bonus pension for this position.
