1st/2nd line support Bristol Windows Server 03/12 Networks Support £23,000 - £26,000 My client is an environmental consultancy and services provider catering to a wide portfolio of clients across sectors including property, manufacturing and oil and gas. They are looking to recruit an experienced 1st/2nd line support technician to join their busy office in Bristol. You will be the sole IT function for the Bristol office reporting to the IT manager based in the South East. Main responsibilities: - Dealing with 1st and 2nd line support queries from internal colleagues via telephone, email, and face to face - Troubleshooting and resolving both hardware and software issues - Hardware set-up, configuration and management Key skills and experience required: - Windows 7 - Office 07/2010 - Windows server 2001 and 2012 - TCP/IP and LAN/WAN - Hardware/software installations and upgrades - Solid communication and customer service skills - Ability to work on your own and manage your own time effectively You may be required to travel to a/n other of the companies UK sites so a full driving license is required.
