Business Requirements Team Lead A Business Requirements Team Lead is required for our client a global re-insurers and a leading provider of 'closed life' services on a permanent basis in Telford or Hitchin to join the Commercial Solution Delivery Department. Skills required of the Business Analyst Team Lead: Ability to lead, motivate and coach team members. Strong performance management skills. Good interpersonal, communication, presentation and organisational skills. Ability to make effective decisions under pressure. A problem solver. Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information. Ability to build a common team identity. Strong stakeholder management experience at all levels Client facing Day to day requirements of the Business Requirements Team Lead: To lead, motivate and coach a team of Business Analysts and Senior BA's to meet work deliverables in line with stakeholder expectations. To actively contribute to the operational effectiveness of the Commercial Solution Delivery Department.
