My client is looking to recruit a Compensation and Benefits Analyst for a period of 6 mths and possibly permanent depending on the business need. The role is a new role and based in Wiltshire. Details of the role: Analyse compensation trends in order to review and update the pay and benefits packages for the company employees. Complete salary benchmarking requests and side by side comparisons Supporting the HRD on the design and review of incentive plans, by analysing and modelling different scenarios and making recommendations Assist in the development of plan documentation to ensure proper governance of incentive plans Build and maintain relationships with external providers Fully document processes and approaches by developing a compensation manual, including: Documenting all work and ensuring that key collateral is saved and kept up-to-date Creating an inventory of the end to end processes involved in the functioning of the role Becoming the Subject Matter Expert Support on the Annual Salary Review for all staff across the whole organisation Provide expert advice and guidance on all elements of reward including pay, benefits, share options, incentive plans and bonuses Work with the HR Managers to support them in embedding the Reward framework within the organisation, liaising with the business as appropriate Review current car fleet suppliers and manage car fleet on a day to day basis You will need to have the following: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely express ideas both verbally and in writing. Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information Ability to take initiative to identify and prioritise elements for improvement in accordance with team strategic goals. Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritise responsibilities. Calm and assured and works well with minimal supervision Ability to deliver multiple projects to a successful completion is essential. Strong problem solving skills, including ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate; ability to proactively identify and prevent potential problems. Highly numerate and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
