Recruitment Lead Denbigh Permanent £30,000 Client Details The Not-for-Profit client based in Denbigh is currently expanding and developing their HR / Recruitment team. They are dedicated to provide mental health support to both children and adults. Description The Recruitment Manager is a brand new and permanent role. The Recruitment Lead will report in to the HR Manager. The role will include a variety of responsibilities and has potential to develop as a role. There will be the following responsibilities included but not limited to the role: To introduce recruitment strategies in order to generate candidate pools Updating and improving current in house recruitment processes To advice recruitment managers in terms of the current market expectations To work alongside a Recruitment officer and to delegate work accordingly. To introduce and update social media to the charity in order to attract a bigger talent pool and to raise the profile of the organisations Succession planning Project planning - potential to introduce a new ATS in future dependant upon budget requirements To promote talent management To advise and keep up to date with recruitment employment law.
