Technical Consultant - XML, API, Support One of the biggest names in the .COM space are currently on the lookout for a Technical Consultant (XML, API, Support) to join a team in working with customers supporting the systems that they connect in to. Upon joining, the Technical Consultant (XML, API, Support) will be given a range of customers and will get to work on building relationships with them. The Technical Consultant (XML, API, Support) will also go out with Pre-sales as a technical resource to speak with customers as well as find out the requirements needed in order to effectively support their systems and needs and be on hand to provide 3rd level and 4th level support when needed with XML and API's. In terms of skills, we are looking for Technical Consultant's (XML, API, Support) who have experience of working with XML as well as XML logs as well as experience of supporting API's. This is a customer facing role, so the Technical Consultant (XML, API, Support) must have a friendly, professional approach to dealing with customers. This role is approximately 33% travel based this means that the Technical Consultant (XML, API, Support) will be out of the office (maybe even travelling around Europe) a third of the time so the Technical Consultant (XML, API, Support) must be willing to travel when required to customer sites. The ideal Technical Consultant (XML, API, Support) would come from a 3/4th line support background and has experience of supporting XML based services.
