Job Title: Oracle ERP Cloud Consultant Location: UK Mobile (Ideally within a close distance to Hemel Hampstead or Welwyn Garden City) Salary: up to £70k 15 % flex Role overview: A Senior Consultant with broad range of skills associated with Oracle ERP Cloud Applications. Experience of full ERP implementation life cycle from project definition to project completion. Key responsibilities include: Provide advice and guidance to clients on key business issues and provide solutions to address these. Lead on delivery projects, driving process design decisions required for configuration of cloud applications by gathering requirements, dealing with stakeholders, setting up and running workshops. Supporting the client in transformation activities required to move to cloud solutions and manage the approach to Data Migration and Testing. Essential skills: · Experience with the business processes across a number of ERP modules · Possesses previous Oracle Cloud ERP experience. · Communicates effectively in both written and verbal formats · Resolves problems in a timely and effective manner, involving project management as appropriate. · Successfully manages relationship with clients and colleagues. · Effectively produces deliverables. · Contributes to presales efforts as required. · Coaches and develops others on project team. · Ability to identify, assess and mitigate relevant risks during bid development and project delivery · Successful experience as an Oracle ERP Cloud consultant on 2-3 full cycle implementations and be proficient on at least 3 or more application modules. · Qualified accountant would be beneficial (ACCA or CIMA) Sopra Steria Competencies: · Leadership · Business and Technical Awareness · Future Orientation · Setting High Standards · Team working · Effective Communication · Accountability · Change Orientation The successful candidate must be willing to undergo a basic clearance process.
