An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Analyst/1st Line Support engineer to join a fantastic company based in Hounslow. This contract position is initially for 3 months but is likely to be extended. The working hours for the successful Service Desk Analyst will be Monday- Friday between the hours of 8am-8pm. We have an 8am start, 9am start and 11:30am start which we rotate weekly. Essential experience for a Service Desk Analyst; Good administration skills with knowledge of all Microsoft packages. Excellent customer service skills are essential Previous or current experience as a Service Desk Analyst would be very beneficial. Recent graduates would also be of interest, preference of business/IT/engineering degree (2:1). Job responsibilities for a 1st Line Support/Service Desk Engineer; The successful 1st Line Support Engineer will provide support to company services customers, process inbound emails, calls and tickets.
