Maintenance Electrician - Large Hospital - DBS/CRB - East London - Up to £15.00 per hour Exciting opportunity to work for leading FM service provider situated in East London. I am currently recruiting for a Maintenance Electricians to be based at a large hospital in East London. The successful candidates will be electrically qualified (C&G) with 17th Edition and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance with CRB/DBS clearance. He or she will work alongside a maintenance team on site and the duties will include M&E / Fabric planned and reactive maintenance within this large office space. An understanding of the following M&E plant is essential All aspects of Electrical - Power distribution, Emergency lighting, Changing ballasts, Fault finding BMS - Monitor & Colds / Temperature adjustments Small Installation Water treatment - Temperature checks Air Conditioning - AHU, FACU, Filter changes Chillers - Reset only Generators - On / Off load testing Mechanical - Pumps, Motors, Fire Alarm tests Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, Changing taps, Unblocking stats Hours of work Monday to Friday (Alternating weeks - Early / Late shift) 07:00am to 15:00pm 12:00pm to 20:00pm Requirements City & Guilds - Electrical 17th Edition A proven track record in commercial building maintenance experience Multi-Skilled Good communication skills Must be immediate or able to start at short notice DBS / CRB Cleared - Essential Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
