RESOURCING MANAGER - Future Talent Our client, a global player at the leading edge of its field, is currently looking for a Resourcing Manager to design and deliver strategic recruitment solutions to recruit its future talent of graduates and apprentices. Working closely with the divisional leaders and having an in depth understanding of the business needs, the appointed Resourcing Manager would have the autonomy to drive forward strategic recruitment initiatives to ensure that the recruitment of future talent in sourcing high calibre graduates and apprentices is the best that can be provided in order to fulfil the future business needs. The Resourcing Manager's remit is to ensure that the quality of graduate and apprentice hires is continuously evolved and improved, raising the capability and potential of those recruited to meet the future business objectives and talent agenda. Key Responsibilities : Attraction – Develop and implement a comprehensive attraction strategy to attract top future graduate and apprentice talent Work closely with marketing to develop the ‘brand’ which attracts those graduates and apprentices, ensuring that all candidates receive a positive recruitment experience, continuously raising the organisation’s profile and brand. Work with universities and colleges to improve the employer brand and ensure that top talent is attracted to the organisation. Assessment – Ensure that the current assessment methods are fit for purpose and design and develop new assessment programmes that best identify top future talent. Workforce Planning – To develop an in depth understanding of the business areas and work closely with the Senior Management team to forecast recruitment requirements and know what’s going to be needed in order to have trained personnel in place ahead of time. Talent Management – to work closely with the talent team about who they require and what skills those people need. Reward – To work with Reward to ensure that what’s being offered attracts and retains the top talent. Competitor Analysis – To market map competitors in order to stay ahead of the competition and secure the top future talent in the sector. Person Specification: Professional Qualifications in either recruitment or Human Resource Experience of designing & delivering Graduate & Apprentice campaigns from attraction, selection & assessment centre design / facilitation. Evidence of developing & implementing creative recruitment strategies that benefit the business and candidate alike Up to date knowledge and in depth expertise of the external Graduate & Apprentice recruitment market and associated competitive organisations, providing insights and guidance as necessary. Manage the recruitment budget allocation for Future Talent resourcing ensuring cost effective solutions at all times. Have a sense of urgency and being able to drive forward quick wins as well as having the ability to understand long term vision and strategic planning. Professional and credible with the ability to influence at a senior level within a corporate blue chip environment.
