The Human Support Group are currently recruiting for a Regional Trainer to join our well established training team, the role in question will be positioned in our Bristol office based in Kingswood assisting Gloucester, Plymouth, Weston-Super-Mare and Bristol with all their training needs, however the role will require to travel across various locations throughout the UK. Salary, Benefits, Hours and requirements: · Salary £24,000 pro rata · Working hours of 37.5 hours a week · Driver’s licence is a must due to the nature of the position · Paid Training · Knowledge of Health and Social Care · Understanding of MS Office applications as well as able to use in-house systems effectively · Excellent customer service skills both via telephone and in person · Attention to detail is a must in this role to ensure you work towards company policies and procedures, ensuring the quality of care standard is consistent throughout our services. · Interest in the industry Purpose and objectives: The training team are a central function of The Human Support Group, our training officers are responsible for delivering a range of training courses, predominantly induction training and mandatory training for staff working within the Adult Health & Social Care sector, to enable learners to meet the requirements of the Care Certificate and the Care Quality commission regulations, ‘Essential Standards of Quality & Safety’. Duties and responsibilities: · To support the Training Manager with the design, production, delivery and evaluation of learning, training and development solutions to meet the identified needs of internal teams and external customers as required · To support the delivery ofa quality training service within the Human Support Group · To support the dissemination of strong training and quality principles throughout the Human Support Group and for its external customers via the application of operational best practice · To support the strategic direction of the Training Team · To evaluate training activity and produce Key Performance Indicators as required · Provision of accurate and regular reporting of learner performance and achievement to the Training & Branch Manager · Maintain all required documentation and electronic records accurately and process in a timely fashion · Be responsible for your own development and have in place an up to date Development Plan, this will be agreed and supported by the Training Manager · To undertake any other reasonable task or duty as instructed by the Training Manager or any senior member of the Management Team.
