HR Analyst/Systems Specialist-£30,000-£35,000, 12 Month FTC, Bedford Your new company You will be part of a leading, large established not-for -profit organisation in Bedford who offer great benefits and a great place to work. This is an excellent job opportunity for an HR Analyst/Systems Specialist to cover a 12 Month FTC. Your new role You will report in to the Head of HR, you will be part of a wider HR team but your role is a stand alone role. As an HR Analyst/Systems Specialist, 12 Month FTC, you will be responsible for any upgrades, fixes, testing of any functionality and training users on iTrent. In terms of analysis, you will be responsible for Human Resources & Learning & Development metrics and ad hoc reports using iTrent and Business Objects. You will also be responsible for mapping hr processes and producing L&D user guides. What you'll need to succeed You must have experience as an HR Analyst/Systems Specialist. You must be able to start at the end of October/Beginning of November, you will ideally have used iTrent and Business Objects. You must be able to present technical information to a non-technical audience.
