HR Manager Permanent Full Time (37.5 hpw) Salary £34, 500 to £54, 000 per annum About the role An excellent foundation for a fantastic HRD service has been built and now we need to move from ‘good to great'. In the last four years the HRD Director has joined the Executive Board, the Director reports to the CEO and HRD are seen as a key enabler to the organisation. Self-service technology and a shared service approach have been implemented alongside new reward and recognition approaches and sector leading learning and development. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resource Manager, who is a resilient, flexible, open minded, a team player and leads and role models in this way. You will provide first class HR generalist service to around 3200 colleagues supported by an experienced HR Business Partner team. In this role you will line manage 3 HR Business Partners reporting to the Head of HR. Your customer base is across the south division and you will work with local leaders, managers and colleagues across the organisation. You will also work as part of the wider HRD team who provide the full remit of HRD services to Home Group and you will contribute to a high performance culture that engages colleagues to provide a high standards of service to customers and clients. You will be required to work Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:30 pm. You are required to hold a full current driving licence, and have access to a car which has been insured for business purposes. Your role will see you undertaking a degree of regular travel to support managers in your patch as well as to attend meeting sat our Newcastle upon Tyne head office.
