Support Analyst / Helpdesk / 1st/2nd Line Support Sheffield (Not City Centre - Free car parking) £25,000 Benefits My client a large manufacturing company are seeking a Support Analyst to join their friendly team. Within this role you will be providing both 1st and some 2nd line support. You will be taking initial calls right across the board from shop floor to senior management across several sites. You will ensure call calls are logged via the internal help desk, make sure tasks are performed quickly and efficiently from start to finish and ensure calls are updates appropriately and to agreed service levels. You will have experience within: Microsoft Office Suite Windows Active Directory Windows Sever It would be beneficial but not essential if you had experience within one of the following: ITIL Firewalls SQL Previous experience within a Manufacturing company is desirable.
