Based in Warwick the client are looking for a 2nd line support on an initial 5 ½ month contract. The Successful candidate must have good experience of working within a busy support desk environment and must be able to handle the workload and be able to prioritise the urgency of the incidents. Essential Experience:- Must have experience of configuring telephones and tablets. Experience of installing desktops Provide and support all IT related issues and escalate when necessary Liaise with 3rd parties on behalf of the clients customers to assist where possible. Essential skills- Experience with MS Office Active Directory Must have excellent communication skills Must have the capability to work under pressure.
