As the Workshop Services Manager, you’ll be tasked with overseeing our client’s busy and expanding workshop. The workshop services and repairs a range of machinery, including mowers, tractors and golf buggies. You will ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and exceeds customer expectations. You will lead a large team of Mechanics, parts and admin staff, maintain a high level of morale and effectively prioritise tasks to maximise efficiency. Interested? To be considered, you must have: - Experience of managing a mechanical workshop - Previous experience of managing a team - Demonstrable technical knowledge, gained from a mechanical engineering background Focused and organised, as the Workshop Services Manager, you must have strong planning and time-management skills. You must also be a clear, concise communicator with a logical approach to problem-solving. Previous retail experience, including use of a computerised stock control system would be advantageous, but is not essential as full training will be provided.
