We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to join our client's team based in the City of London. Working predominately within the hospitality side, the position will be to oversee the hospitality across 2 sites. The site provides high quality fine dining hospitality from buffets, canapes and sandwich lunches to seated fine dining dinners. There is a team of 12 over both sites. To be considered as a candidate, you will - be at Sous Chef level - ideally have a background within B&I - have experience within hospitality and fine dining - be able to produce high quality food with excellent presentation and detail - be flexible, willing with a positive attitude - be able to work 5/7 days including evenings and occasional weekends As the site is a 7 day operation, candidates must be able to work 5/7.
