Customer Insight Analyst £25,780 – 29,360 Peterborough Data Analyst / Microsoft Excel / Information Officer Our client is currently recruiting for a detail focused Customer Insight Analyst who will be responsible for collating, analysing and interpreting customer data across all business functions. This is a key role within the organisation as the information gathered will be used to effect decision making and key service improvements. You will be a subject matter expert for all customer information systems, producing weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc reports. These reports will include profiling, customer satisfaction and NPS. All reports will be delivered in a cohesive and comprehensive way and you will be responsible for ensuring data integrity and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of data systems, data manipulation, mining techniques and the implementation of data modelling techniques. Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills are also required for this role. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to explain statistical terms and complex information to non-technical colleagues.
