Business Development and Marketing Manager £38k - £45k per annum A global business advisory and accounting firm is currently recruiting for a Business Development and Marketing Manager to raise awareness and understanding among key audiences, build relationships and define strategic direction. About the role: You will act as a strategic adviser to the tax dispute, forensic and valuations teams nationally, helping to shape and be accountable for the delivery of sales and marketing activity. You will also be involved in leading global marketing initiatives. Working closely with the marketing community, you will ensure marketing campaigns and business development initiative are leveraged within relevant sectors and locations. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager for private clients, establishing a collaborative relationship with the tax disputes team. Developing the marketing and business development plan, you will ensure all internal and external platforms are developed and implemented to maximise return on investment. Responsibilities: -Leading and developing marketing strategies in line with commercial objectives to support growth, sales, client service and communications. -Working closely alongside partners and directors to promote the business across the client community. -Executing timely campaigns for content and thought leadership. -Producing a market plan to support objectives across streams, sectors and regions. -Ensuring communications are fit for purpose, timely and appropriate. -Ensuring online platforms are fully integrated and supported. -Working with stakeholder groups to ensure strategies for delivery of excellent client service. -Coaching and mentoring partners and staff in the areas of business development and client services. Skills and experience: -Experience as a marketing manager or senior marketing adviser, seeking a manager role. -Skilled in marketing and business development with a commercial mind-set. -Influencing and negotiating skills, including senior stakeholders. -Prepared to support and integrate with the peer group. -A professional marketing qualification and/or commitment to ongoing development. -Able to act as a credible and trusted advisor. -Proven project management skills.
