We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced, QA Engineer/ Automation Testing (API, backend testing, Java) to join a leading, international Tech Vendor and work within their dynamic, Agile Software Development team as part of their QA Testing division, and take responsibility for their testing efforts. This is an outstanding role for an enthusiastic QA Engineer / Automation Tester who has previously worked within an agile environment, with specific experience working with UNIX and Java, to join a fast-paced Agile Development team for one of the world leaders in digital advertising. The successful Test Analyst will have strong Automation Testing knowledge and have proven experience of working with UNIX and writing test scripts in Java. Knowledge of Application Programming Interface (API) and backend testing is essential; knowledge of cucumber & Capybara would be beneficial As an Agile tester, you will responsible for testing all new features and regress existing functionality. You will also be creating and maintain Automation framework using Selenium/Java. You will be working in a very fast-paced environment and handling of end to end projects so we are looking for those candidates who are ready to take on the challenge and work particularly hard to deliver the best results This is a key role within a technology-focussed team, with the successful Tester / Test Analyst required to influence quality at all stages of the project, driving continuous improvement and getting involved with requirements, analysis, design, testing and release of enterprise level software applications. The ideal candidate for this role will also be able to demonstrate experience with Acceptance testing (Including UAT), Exploratory Testing, Performance / Load / Stress Testing and Unit Testing, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
