Primary Purpose of the Job: The Manager of Content Protection Operations supports the Director in providing business and operations support for content security efforts on a worldwide basis, with special focus on Europe. The position assists in the management and prioritization of initiatives supporting the company’s multi-faceted and evolving strategy, as it relates to supply chain security. This includes reviewing and conducting risk assessments of third party creative vendors, internal facilities, internal and external applications, and cloud-hosted technologies that interact with or process content. The position works with the corporate teams in the territory and Burbank. Selection Criteria Relevant Previous Work Experience Solid experience in Information Systems, Security Audit or Internet Security testing. Proven practical experience in Content Protection or Information Security. Solid experience in business systems analysis Studio, Media or Entertainment Company experience is a plus Skills Required Technical Knowledge / Skills: Knowledge and practical understanding of IT architecture, including core Internet and networking protocols and IP communication Knowledge and practical understanding of the Software/System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including all phases of development and industry best practices Experience with Windows, Mac and Linux Operating Systems Solid understanding of cloud-hosted technologies Solid understanding of Digital Rights Management (DRM) General Knowledge / Skills required: Strategic / Customer Focus: Proficient decision-making and time management skills. Displays leadership abilities with a service-oriented approach. Maintains current knowledge in use and industry trends of technology Must have ability to manage projects across various business units and priorities Ability to work successfully across organizational lines and influence outcomes Can do, entrepreneurial approach to the business and an ability to think and deliver creative value-added solutions to business units and vendors Education/Qualifications B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information or Business Systems, or related fields is preferred Certification in one or more of the following – CISA, CISM, CISSP, CPP, CRISC, CEH, ITIL (CISA and CISSP are preferred) ISO 27001 training and competency This job was originally posted as
