Frazer John Recruitment are looking for a passionate and talented Digital Marketing Manager with an active interest in Fashion. Due to exciting expansion plans driven by a fresh approach to the female and boutique fashion market this leading online e-commerce brand based in Manchester are looking to continue their growth by hiring a Digital Manager to work from their site based in Manchester. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing strategy & campaigns across all digital channels. You will work in-house across the following areas of business: Responsibilities Devising strategy to drive online traffic to the website with good Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) management Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategy including; email, social media, PPC, Affiliate & display marketing Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and must assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Identify key trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights/data analytics Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels Collaborate with agencies, other vendor partners or freelance executives Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide perspective & adoption where appropriate Ensure that all Digital Marketing processes, both internally and externally, run seamlessly and are updated when necessary Strategy, planning and fulfilment of campaigns for assigned accounts, working in collaboration with members of the relevant Account teams Qualifications & Experience Essential Digital marketing degree or related qualification 2-4years of experience in digital marketing Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, CRO, marketing database, email, social media, affiliate marketing and/or display advertising, retargeting & CRM initiatives Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns Direct experience of Digital disciplines such as PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Display and Mobile marketing Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and encourage the user to buy with confidence The ability to work under pressure, to strict deadlines in a busy and evolving environment, whilst delivering a highly professional service and attitude Desirable Interest in a ladies' young fast fashion Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Existing experience in a similar role or ecommerce and a proven track record and a strong appreciation of branding and digital Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments This job was originally posted as
