Customer Engagement Team Leader Salary Range – £22,161 - £24,945.04 per annum plus Geographical Allowance £1,051 pa Hours: 35 per week Location: Witney, Oxfordshire The role of Customer Engagement Team Leader reports to the Head of Marketing, Customer Engagement and Communications. Key Responsibilities: To enable Customers and Members to have an effective voice in how the organisation is run, the services it delivers, and how Customers and Members can be more effectively connected with the communities they live in. To play a key role in implementing a full programme of inclusion activity across the providing support to the National Forum and other forums and groups as required The ideal candidate will be able to: •Build excellent relationships with colleagues and all internal and external stakeholders •Build excellent relationships with customers and ensure their views are fully investigated and represented •Work proactively and dynamically to create and share with managers a schedule of activities •Experience of working with customers with a broad range of disabilities including mental health and learning difficulties •Experience of planning, facilitating and delivering a range of customer engagements events including forums and conferences For further enquiries or to discuss the role further, please contact either Caroline Bing or Jenny Rigby on 01993 866499 or for an informal chat.
