Business Support Analyst - Fintech Platforms

A global leading software and solutions company are currently looking to hire a business support analyst to ensure that all clients are receiving the maximum value of their solutions. The clients are the most important asset to the company so you will act as the voice of the clients internally and the voice of the company to the clients to maintain, support and grow relationships.

This role would suit an individual with a flexible attitude to working hours as this role will support external clients of the platform internationally and require you to work from home 5 days a week between the hours of 4am and 11am.

The platform in use requires both an excellent understanding of client business challenges and the ability to translate this need into applied software solutions; each member of the Support Services team brings unique expertise based on industry experience in financial services and/or information technology. Creative thinking, adaptability, and the desire to serve - both clients and one another - are critical to success. If you are a conscientious, proactive individual, who always asks "How will this improve our client experience?" this Support Services team is the team for you.

Essential Responsibilities:
Business Support Analysts are responsible for all clients/products post-implementation.
Managing client loyalty by:
Knowing the client
Overall Loyalty
Offices-Products Purchased/Implemented
Key Contacts
Product Usage / Entrenchment
Managing the relationship
Leads recurring support calls with clients
Collaborates with the Support Manager on all Relationship Reviews
Communicates client satisfaction and plans to resolve any major outstanding issues to management
Resolves client issues with software solutions
Communicates progress on issues, Service Release items, and product changes to clients
Educates clients on best practices for most effective use of software solutions
Manages deployment of custom work and/or deliverable
Demonstrating Subject Matter Expertise in one or more software solutions

Bachelor degree required in Business
Two years of financial services industry experience preferred

Essential Skills
High creativity with the ability to solve complex business problems
Proficiency with software solutions
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask, strong attention to detail, self-motivated willingness to take initiative
Ability to work more than 40 hours per week based on client demands
Ability to travel as needed
Knowledge of all company policies and procedures
