My client, a leading global consultancy seeks a Salesforce Project Manager to join their Financial Services Strategic Business Unit. The role is permanent and is currently £60 - 75k additional 15% flexible fund. My client provides a complete range of services to help our clients capture sustainable business results. Their Financial Services Strategic Business Unit is a global organisation which focuses on key financial services domains: Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, Payments & Cards, Wealth and Asset Management, and Risk Management & Compliance. In addition to these domain areas, they have global practices that are dedicated to building innovative solutions in the areas of Business Information Management, Channels, Finance Transformation, Technology Development & Integration, and Testing. Main Purpose of Role Manage and Deliver CRM applications on platform. Assists in engaging with the business customers on business processes and practices associated with the IT systems that implement, support or enable those processes and practices. Define project objectives, deliverables, critical success factors, assumptions, global and regional considerations, and resource requirements. Define project prioritization, cost/benefit, potential risks, and feasibility. Ability to work with Business & IT stakeholders through open dialogues that manages their expectations & helps set agreed objectives. Should be able to motivate & influence team members for accountability ensuring excellent deliverables. Skills and Experience Required Excellent communication skills Certifications & Project Management certifications is a plus Agile/Scrum experience is a plus Admin 201 and Dev 401 certification UK mobile - while this intial role will be based in central London, the client would ask that any candidate has full UK mobility.
