We are a hugely well established recruitment business based in the heart of West End with a client base comprising many of the world's most recognised brands. We are poised to make rapid growth within our chosen sectors and are actively seeking a talented and ambitious Marketing Executive. Recruitment is all about developing deep and long lasting relationships with clients and candidates, it is not rocket science, but we happen to do it rather well. We now wish to accelerate our progress with the addition of a like-minded marketeer who shares our values. Support the Managing Director in creating and developing an annual marketing plan. Manage and run a re-brand leveraging on the heritage and quality. Development of external and internal communications: e-shots, newsletters web and social media activities. Responsible for all internal and external PR. Manage and attend networking events. Identify business opportunities, support business development and tenders. Utilise CRM system to create targeted campaigns and monitor success. Day to day management of all content on website. Working closely with our Advertising Manager to ensure maximum exposure of roles advertised to attract candidates. Daily management of our social media channels - Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook Writing and developing corporate literature and standard emails, one liners for sales team. To manage the wide range of sources available for generating candidates ie job boards, overseas resourcers, referrals, candidate open days. To support sales team by producing relevant marketing material and presentations for clients. Reviewing how the brand is positioned against the competition. Track and monitor the benefit of memberships to various organisations and private members' clubs. Work with Client Services Manager to identify, promote and maximise events. Identify and work towards the company applying for awards. Developing our own awards and competitions for candidates. . KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE Minimum of 1 years corporate marketing experience Marketing Degree or Equivalent Marketing Qualification Experienced with all aspects of Social Media Proven portfolio of designing, developing a promoting a brand Experience of market research and analysis Highly desirable: recruitment industry experience in some capacity PERSONAL COMPETENCIES Business Focused - promoting our corporate brand as a highly successful and professional organisation Communication - excellent oral and written communication skills Planning and Organising - effective time management skills Dynamic, energetic and able to work at pace.
