IT Trainer / Junior IT Trainer / Learning and Development My Leeds based client is looking to employ a Junior IT Trainer to work on an initial 6 month contract. Primarily tasked with the induction of New Starters into the firm, the IT Trainer will contribute to IT Learning and deliver training on both a one-to -one and classroom basis as deemed necessary. Within this role, the Support Anlayts / IT Trainer will consult with internal customers to evaluate Training needs and create high quality training materials ( eg articles and e-learning). You will also ensure continual improvement of training delivery and respond to "How Do I "requests, providing proactive floorwalking and remote contact within the business. The IT Trainer will be able to demonstrate a high level of Business and IT literacy with a track record delivering training and support within a professional services environment. Experience of working in the Legal and /or financial sector would be of specific interest. Applications will also be considered from Service Desk/ Technical Support professionals with exceptional customer focus and proven coaching skills who would like to transfer their skillls into the Training arena.
