A nationally regarded and innovative business are hiring a talented Recruitment Manager to lead the function. This is an end to end recruitment role with managerial responsibility for one Resourcer. You will be tasked with sourcing retail positions and senior head office roles in a fast paced, commercial environment. The successful applicant must ensure that managers are coached and guided correctly with regards to recruitment best practice. This role also focusses on employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. To be successful in this role you require high volume recruitment experience across the retail sector and for head office roles. You will also have the credibility and gravitas to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Team management experience and strong communication skills are also essential.
