My client has a requirement for an experienced conveyancing assistant/executive to join their small but friendly team based in Luton. Candidates must be able to handle a busy caseload – dealing with matters from instruction to completion. Duties will include producing legal forms and dealing with searches and land registry forms. You will set up completions and carry out the completion process ensuring that documents, searches and monies are in place. You will be familiar with case management systems and have good general IT skills. You will be a main point of contact for clients, estates agents, banks, building societies and other solicitors – so excellent telephone and customer facing skills are essential.
