Ensuring that the right social channels are leveraged at the right stage of the customer journey, and tying this in with the direct marketing team to ensure that the guest has a best in class experience through all company social channels Client Details National leisure business based in Nottinghamshire Description To create and deliver all company social media strategy. This role will have responsibility to re-define the businesses social media strategy, putting the audience at its heart, but with the objective of using social media to drive brand advocacy, and ultimately to convert advocates into first time and repeat bookers. This strategy will look at all available social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and more at all points in a guest's journey. Profile Minimum 2 years' of demonstrated hands-on experience in integrated Social Media/digital marketing disciplines. Minimum of one years' experience of managing social media channels against objectives. Experience with social listening and monitoring tools. Evidence of managing budgets and commercial objectives.
