What you’ll do You will be supporting the development and implementation of transformation for senior & executive stakeholders that provide long-term effectiveness and efficiency improvements. The key purpose of the role is to manage projects which deliver cost and efficiency targets and enable the business to meet its long-term strategic objectives. Your role will involve working with a mix of Cost Transformation consultants and matrixed business resources, leading the day to day activities that underpin overall programme objectives. This is key to partner with the business in ensuring programmes deliver the required enablers to meet the business profitability targets. Another key aspect of this role involves leading the business transformation agenda through negotiating and influencing the most senior executives in the company. What you’ll bring Successful delivery experience of large scale transformation programmes that deliver sustainable benefits including: • Cost Transformation • Business Transformation • Margin Improvement Ideally you will have experience of working within Consulting, or have demonstrated delivery of transformational change in a corporate environment. To be successful you’ll be intellectually strong, a self-starter, bringing a proactive, can-do attitude to project delivery, capable of working independently as well as in teams in a collaborative but sometimes demanding project environment. You’ll need to be credible, at ease working in a clinical environment, with the gravitas to engage effectively with C-level / CXOs on a peer to peer basis. You’ll enjoy managing a team, providing direction and helping others to develop. In fact, you’ll thrive in this environment. You’ll demonstrate professionalism and flexibility - you’ll be able to adjust positively to situations that involve changing tasks and/or location, shifting priorities or ambiguity.
