IT Customer Services Advisor - 21k - Redhill, Surrey There has been a lot of talk throughout the IT and Service Desk industry about recruiting Service Desk Analyst's with exceptional Customer Service skills and train any IT skills gaps. This is exactly the recruitment strategy my Surrey based client are adopting. We are looking for x3 IT Service Desk Analysts / IT Customer Services Advisors to work on a busy IT Support / Servcie Desk supporting a diverse range of technology. We are not necessarily looking for candidates with previous IT Service Desk experience (Although this will help), but, candidate from a Customer Service / Contact Centre background with an excellent IT or technical apptitude. The IT Service Desk Analyst must be able to demonstrate the following: Previous experience of working on an IT Service Desk or Customer Service or Contact Centre. Demonstrable interest in IT. Good technical / IT aptitude. Excellent Customer Service Skills. Excellent Communication Skills. An IT related qualification preferred but not essential.
