Description The role will include the following responsibilities: Overall day-to-day management of the product Focus on customer lifecycle and maximise retention/reduce churn Monitor P&L and make suggestions to drive increased performance Liaise with the insights team and utilise information to form actionable recommendations, improving product offering Identify issues/risks to product performance and act accordingly Ensure all product changes are compliant with company and industry standards Conduct an annual customer research plan Present to clients Profile The ideal candidate will possess the following skill set: Be degree educated - to a minimum 2:1 Have previously worked as a Product Manager in Financial Services Have a strong understanding of customer insights and turning them in to commercial product strategies Have had exposure to measuring customer experience metrics Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to travel internationally as and when required Be highly analytical Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications Job Offer The role offers a competitive salary, plus benefits This job was originally posted as
