Team Leader - Service Desk/Trade Floor Support - AD | Exchange | ITIL | Telephony | Market Data Support | BES | CITRIX | WINDOWS 7 | Permanent | £50,000 - £60,000 pa | Banking | London I am working with a leading financial services customer who are urgently seeking an experienced and skilled Service Desk and Trade Floor support Analyst for a Team Lead position with a background in working in a fast paced and highly complex environment. You will be working with the Central IT Team in order to work on providing high level 1st and 2nd line support working in a demanding environment. You will be working alongside the Head of Service Desk and Support to help manage the team and provide direction to the junior members.
